INORDER TO HAVE EQUAL TEACHING TIME IT IS NECESSARY TO SPEAK TO YOUR CLASSROOM TEACHER AND REMIND HIM/HER THAT YOU ALSO LOVE TO TEACH. I HAVE BEEN PATRONIZED USING THIS APPROACH BUT I KEEP PLUGGING AND WHEN THE "EXPERIENCED"TEACHER IS PRESENTING A LESSON, I GET IN THERE AND GET MY POINT ACROSS - I "TEAM TEACH". IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE KEDS THAT NEED ANOTHER APPROACH OR A SLOWER APPROACH TO THE CONTENT.
