As a supplemental teacher, I go to 4 different classrooms. Before I pushed in to classrooms, I talked with each teacher to see how she or he wanted me to handle discipline. They all had different opinions. Therefore, it requires me to be flexible. I suggest you discuss disciplinary issues with each of the teachers you will be helping out.
