I disagree

I am sorry to burst your bubble, but if I blindly agreed with everything my principal did I would feel like an idiot. This is the principal who laughs about falling asleep in class while reading to her students years ago! (No wonder they got her out of the classroom).

And, our asst. principal is so busy coming up with programs to pad her resume -- we are up to our eyeball in checklists, schedules, and inane paperwork.

I can look at my students and think, wow, I hope I am not like the kids who suck up to me and try to be the teachers pet. I can see through that in a New York minute.
