back in the swing of things
By abby

Clip to ScrapBook
Taking your words literally I wondered whether your playground/recess area had swings. You could explain the phrase "back in the swing of things" to your students. You could read Robert Louis Stevenson's poem, "The Swing". Chart children's feelings of swinging. Draw and label pictures. Write a class chart story about their experience on the swings.

just a thought....

Good luck whatever you decide.
