She Looped!

I think that you should consider the other teacher. She looped meaning that she is teaching a brand new grade level. She is not going to be able to use material or projects from last year because the children did them already. She has to start from the beginning which will be a lot of extra work put on her. Believe you me that it takes a lot of work switching grade levels. Also, a lot of schools have between 25-30 or more students. I have 27 this year and I'm doing just fine. It is all about classroom management and organization.
