I guess I don't understand why you are doing her lesson planning, copying, etc.??? That is HER job. That's what she went to school for. You are there to give her tips, encourage her, help her get familiar with procedures/rules. Do you meet as a grade level to plan? You could collaborate at that time, but she has to do her own job. She shouldn't expect you to do yours and hers too!
