I didn't quite understand everything in your post. I am elementary and I don't have an office and I sure don't have a phone! I'm assuming you are either high school or middle school. How big is the space that you are sharing with the other teachers? Is there room for each of you to have a desk? I'd like to help but I'm not quite sure I have a clear picture of what is happening. If you could go into more detail, I'll try to offer suggestions.
