Centers By Beth

I taught second grade and developed many learning centers. I'd be happy to help you. Basically what you need to do is create an activity that the students can complete independently. Usually the activity is hands on. The activity is usually stored in some type of container, like a box or bin, even a folder. Bulletin boards can even be learning centers. What grade level are you teaching? Which subject would you like to create one in? I have a ton of books and ideas on Centers. Get back to me and I'll help you as much as I can. You could also visit the Centers Board for ideas!
