time line
By Carolyn

Clip to ScrapBook
I used the large-sized construction paper. I would imagine that if you wanted to be more elaborate, you could use bulletin board paper to make it larger. I found that using the large-sized construction paper was quite adequate. Yes, they wrote the date on their time line for each year, and they drew a small picture underneath of the date. For the year they were born, they showed a baby. Other events the kids included: Learning to walk, learning to talk, entering preschool, learning to ride a bike, the year grandma died, the year I moved, the year I entered Kindergarten, etc. Figure that they only have ten years, so they don't have much to cover! LOL
