Enjoy this year.
Remember (as you already know) the students will teach one another if you let them, so it's good to encourage interaction and encourage recognition of each students' strengths.

Use lots of manipulatives
for math, and time for homogenous as well as heterogenous grouping for reading.

When I have something I want to cover but which isn't high stakes (e.g., not assessed by the state) I use a more relaxed environement like choral reading aloud with a novel about a social studies unit: sometimes I read aloud, sometimes the kids read without needing me. Of course, that only works if everyone

has their own books. My students did get to the point where they'd read teh words they knew, and listen to those they didn't.

Poetry gives an opportunity for lower achievers to take their turn to read, especially if you have them relate the poem to the story.
