Mostly small trinket items like stickers, candy, etc. But, also pencils, paper, pens, and other extra school supplies. I teach in a low income area and have found that students love to be able to buy things like folders,
erasers, pencils, etc. It also helps out when they keep losing their pencils, I can "charge" them for it!

Also, I like to sell passes and priveleges... Here are some I sold last year for my Bullseye Bucks!

10 Bullseye Bucks
HOMEWORK HALF-PASS: Do only half of an assignment. (10 bucks)
TREASURE CHEST: Buy treasure from the chest of goodies. (10 bucks)
DRINK PASS: Get a

drink at any time you choose. (10 bucks)
PRINT SHOP PASS: Use the computer to create a sign or card of your choice.
SWAMP TIME: Sit in the Reading Swamp for 10 minutes during independent work time.
FEATURE TEACHER: Spend ten minutes to teach the class something new.
BEANBAG BUY: Sit on Beanbag during Reading Time
DANDY CANDY: Purchase a treat from the teacher's jar.
GEL PEN and PAPER: Use black paper and a gel pen to complete one assignment.

15 Bullseye Bucks
TEMP PASS: Take over another students classroom job for one day.
COMPUTER PASS: 10 minutes of extra computer time
BONUS POINTS: Add five bonus points to an assignment
CHECKERS CHALLENGE: Play a game of checkers with the student of your choice at a special time.
CENTER CHOICE: Work for 15 minutes in the center of your choice.
MORNING BREAK: Skip the daily "Bee Stinger" Activity

20 Bullseye Bucks
LUNCH BUNCH PASS: Lunch with the Teacher on designated day.
CHALKBOARD PASS: Draw or write on chalkboard for ten minutes.
GET OUT OF HOMEWORK FREE PASS: Excuse one entire homework assignment.
RUBBER STAMP OUT: Use rubber stamps and ink.
POPCORN PLUS: Purchase one cup of popcorn during Friday Free Time.
TEMP PASS: Take over the classroom job of another student for one day.
ART PARTY: Spend 10 minutes at the art table creating something new.
DELICIOUS DRINK: Purchase a bottle of water and drink it during class!
SNACK ATTACK: Good for one pack of animal crackers.
HELP OUT PASS: Make arrangements to help the school librarian, secretary, or custodian
FEATURE TEACHER: Spend ten minutes to teach the class something new.
READING BUDDY: Go to another class and read a book to a younger student.
TUTOR TIME: Pass to tutor another student.
CD PASS: Choose one song from the teacher's CD collection to play at a designated time.
