I included recommendation letters, as well as copies of transcripts, credential, test reports, and anything else I thought they'd require me to provide at some point.

I've been told that some districts won't put you on the "eligible for interview" list until they have certain documentation on file, and they're not always really good about letting you know what documentation you need to provide. So I figured I'd just give them everything I had and try to get on that list as early in the process as possible.

It didn't actually work--at one point, I learned my file had been put in a "hold for missing information" pile even though I'd provided the documentation they wanted months earlier--but the theory was a good one.....
