I live in CO and I will tell you that it seems like there are a lot of positions that are open but I have run into a lot of competion. I am also looking at elementary. If you are a high school teacher, special ed, or willing to live in very small towns (400 people 1 hour from a city with other shopping options than walmart)you can probably find a job.
