I have already talked to them
By TXTeacher

Clip to ScrapBook
Before school let out in May I spent a lot of time talking to the principal. The specific things that she could bring up I was able to dispute. I even had written proof of my position. Most of her complaints were based on things she had to have been told from the team leader - ie - I went out on my own and did what I wanted. All the principal ever had to do was look at my lesson plans and she would have seen that I was doing what everyone else was. (She only came into my room twice all year) I knew I couldn't change things and gave in. I didn't want the stress.

As for budget problems. That isn't the issue. Most schools have too many kids and need the staff.
