to stop blaming everyone else for his problems. It is really funny how everyone else is the problem and he did everything right, but he is the one without the job right now. By reading his posts it is evident that he doesn't let things go and he carries on far beyond what a normal person would. Blame the kids, blame the parents, blame the principals, blame the length of class periods, blame the central office, blame everyone and everything except Jay. That's really professional.
