If you have not noticed, many have stated that this has gone on now for a long time - I believe the first posts on the Vent board started back in March of this past year. At the beginning Jay was offered a lot of support,
even sympathy at times. HOWEVER, he took none of the advice, rarely even acknowledged other posters unless he wanted to condemn them for speaking out about his venting, posted not only under Jay but several other names including responding to his own posts under other names. At what point do we all move on!
And Jay has not only blamed his administration - in earlier posts he also blamed

the students, the parents, the schedule., once he realized he wasn't going to get anywhere with those complaints he moved on to complaining about the administration. I'm sure if he finally realizes he's going to get nowhere with that side of the issue he'll find a new reason - the moon was not in the right phase or something along those lines.

I truly believe that 98% of the posters on this board and the other boards are very supportive of all teachers. If you go to the vent board you'll see that there are many teachers with problems who are being supported. But with Jay everyone is just tired of his complaints and refusal to move on. He's not going to get anywhere with his attitude and unhealthy focus on what he found negative in his past job.
