Peter Rabbit Play

We do a PeterR Play in our kindergarten and it is the cutest program in the world! All of the parents love it and the kids do a marvelous job. I have the piano music, words, and narration. We have combined three k classes.| One teacher narrates the play, the music teacher helps the classes learn the songs, another teachers helps to teach the 15-20 actors and another teachers directs with the music teacher (the rest of the kids stand on risers and sing the songs while the other kids act it out. the cooresponding song! We also have a dinner following the performance of "Rabbit Stew" (soups and Salads). The parents volunteer to bring in the items and we sell the dinners for $2.00 and raise money for our field trips. We also have a large carrot cake decorated with peter rabbit jumping out of the watering can. The whole program takes about 6 weeks (15 mins. a day)to prepare with costumes and learning songs. It is the best program and soooo cute!
