Clip to ScrapBook
My students have a "reading response journal". They write the title, author, and if it was fiction or non fiction up top. Then they check off if they read the book alone, in a group, with a parent, then they check off if they liked the book or disliked the book. There is space for them to draw a picture of their favorite part. As well as space for writing about what they liked or didnt like about the book. My first graders loved it last year. We sometimes share the responces in our sharing circle.(makes them feel very grown up)!
