I'd agree with Shirley on this one. What worked for you in grade 4 should work as well in grade 3. And yes consistency is usually the deciding factor in any management system (one that I usually have to work on hard in the first months because I find it easy to get off track if I don't think about what I'm doing every day) Enjoy your year!
