My students By Sue

Hey, I just read this today after two weeks back to school.

Actually, since I am up all day "working" and teaching then going to school at night, I honestly don't have the energy to care.

I do have a student who has this attitude. She is very smart but could not care less. (I am looping so I had her last year.) She is in a fog all day. I talked with her parents, and surprise surprise, she has been watching the TV in her room all night.

So, I guess it is the same for some of my students suffering from sleep deprivation like me.

However, Elain is right below, I do try to make my classroom activities more relevant to real life.
