I don't know of any sites but I do teach the children a song on the first day of school.

I am special, I am special
If you look, you will see
Someone very special, Someone very special
That is me, that is me.
The children recite it every morning.
Later on in the year for open house I have the children write about what makes them special, then illustrate their sentences. I place it on a bulletin board without names and title it "We are special" in addition I write "Can you find your childs work". Its kinda fun to see if the parents can identify what makes their child feel special.
