Changing Professions

Here in AR, we have a teacher shortage so the state department has enacted what they call "Alternative Certification" I do not know the particulars, but basically, with a degree a person can begin to teach while going through training. The training takes place on Saturdays and during the summer months. We have several AC teachers at our school and I know of others who are wanting to go through the program.
