Spider web- Everyone is in a circle and you ask the first person a question- "Do you have any pets?" They answer - stating their name (everyone gets to know everyone0.- then the first speaker "throws a ball of yarn to anyone
else and asks them a question- and so on. Each student passes the yarn to someone else- everyone holds onto the yarn and a you will make a giant spider web.- Even more fun is had when they try to take it apart!
Sparkle- a spelling game of luck and skill- our whole school does this because the kids love it.
Line up as in a regular spelling bee. Teacher says the word -"english" first

student says e, next n, and g and so on--- if any student misses a letter ythey sit down and the next student procedes- the hook-----after the last letter "h" is said the next student says "sparkle" they are out-SPARKLED!
