I agree that competition in this area could highlight differences in a negative way. Our school is pretty sensitive to this, and we have very few programs in which classes or students compete because of hurt feelings. I like that our program involves the whole school working together for a common goal. We don't keep track of how many labels a student or class contributes, and we still get plenty.
