Clip to ScrapBook
I have a worksheet with a few questions. Who is your favorite character? Did you like the beginning of the book? etc. Yes No answers then a comment line. Another time I would ask them to draw an illustration abour their favorite part and write about that. Or pick one word from the story that was interesting to the story and write why it was in the story and how they felt it impacted the story. Also they had to look it up in the dictionary and copy pronunciation and definition athat fit the story. These were personally made worksheets but fit lots of stories. Hopoe that helps.
