Turkey Texture

I cut out the shape of large feathers. Each child is sent home with one for a pattern. Then the children are to bring BACK to school at leat 5 feathers that are coverd is some type of texture. Then the turkeys are assembled - and we have a discssion of the differnt textures. Some feathers come back covered in crubpled foil, sandpaper, satin, cotton etc. They are cute and the kids love making them.Blessings
