CAstle In the Attic

I did this type of theme once and we did an awesome novel study with CASTLE IN THE ATTIC by Elizabeth Winthrop. It was a great tie in. We also did centres that revolved around medievel times - I got the activities/cards from a teachers store. It was by RUTH SOLOSKI, but I'm not sure if that is strictly available in Canada. We also made a Dragon Flip-book - three sections that you could flip to make different sentences and pictures. Sometimes you got two heads, sometimes the sentences were silly - kids LOVED it!!!
