Advice

Clip to ScrapBook
When I graduated, I also had people fighting over me. Sp Ed teachers are in high demand! I turned down 4 solid offers before taking this position. Consider the quality of life (nice place to live? long commute?, strength of the district (does it pass levies, what does the local person on the street say about it?), support of the Sp Ed department (do you have monies for your classroom? Do you get along with the Director? etc), your overall "gut feeling" about the people you'd be working with. It needs to be the right fit! Don't rush into your decision making.
Congratulations and good luck to you!
