So much assessment needs to be done one on one that I employ all the volunteer parents/co-op students that I can. This way you can test number skills, early lit skills and concept development by using manipulatives and allowing each child to respond orally (as we know they don't always shine on paper/pencil tasks) E-mail me for specifics if you want.
