I love this time of day, my kids "pack-up, stack-up (chairs) then stand-up", I always stand at the doorway and shake each student's hand as they leave at the end of the day. I often give them a question or they have to tell me something they learned that day, they love this, sometimes we do multiplication facts, it goes fast and it's a nice personalized way to touch base with each kid as they leave.
