A new mommy

A lot depends on your district and how they handle maternity leave. It also depends on the principal and the parents....by that I mean you should tell your principal first and see what he/she says about telling people.
I did not have the best pregnancy but I worked up to the end...I did, however, take off every Friday for about 2 months...I was very swollen and my drs. wanted to pull me early...but I wanted all the time I could get after the baby ...so my principal and I made a deal.
There is a great book called something like- my teacher is having a baby..best of luck!!! Enjoy every minute and always remember that yours and the baby's health come first as does family!!!
