Hey, the other teachers have not loosened up yet. Today they asked me if I'd gotton the plans copied for them. I played dumb and said, "What plans?" I told them that I'd only given them suggestions for planning and that they
were supposed to do their own plans. I do not want to sound so bitchy, but I do think that they are on their own in some things. I am not going to work so hard on making out all of the tests only for them to get copies. They are going to have to do their fair share even if they are new. I do not have the energy to do all of this right now and if they do not do something for themselves,

how are they ever going to learn? I know they are new and lost and I have given them suggestions to help, but that is all I am going to do. They are a smart couple of teachers, and they are going to be great teachers, I have a feeling. I just don't know if I'm ready to be a mentor yet to somebody when I know I still have so much to learn. At least now I can see and appreciate how far I've come as a teacher in only 2 years.
