Sub interviews

The first school system to which I applied scheduled an "interview." The feeling I got from this meeting was that I was hired and it was really an orientation to subbing and the schools' schedules. I was automatically placed on the county schools' list just with my substitute license. I have since applied at two additional districts, one of which mentioned an interview before submitting my name for approval to the school board.
