Good Behavior and Homework Completion

I do a Fun Friday where the kids can attend if they've made good behavior choices and have turned in all their homework. An idea I'm "borrowing" is the postive choices drawing. Each week I'll give my students tickets when I see them doing something good (without prompting, etc.) and then at the end of the week, we'll have a drawing. They can choose something from the treasure chest. The treasure chest has pens, homework passes, etc. in it. Hope this helps, at least gives you a starting point.
