I began reading aloud to my class at the end of the day last year. I loved it! It eliminated the chaos at the end of the day, things were quiet and peaceful. I would put up the homework for the night and read as the students gathered the materials they would need. they also had sometime to do some of the homework. This will be my plan again!!
