I do the same as Julie and it works quite well. Leveling all of your books will only cause you more stress. Here are some of my categories: Math, fairy tales, Little Critter, Science, Poems and Jokes, Class-Made, Magic Schoolbus, Disney....you could also categorize some books by authors. Hope this helps.
