You can also get free clip art off the internet and blow it up using print shop or publisher, laminate it and hang it up. I did a social studies bulletin board this way and it turned out so cute. Also, your district might have a resource room that has all kinds of dye cuts that you can also use. It doesnt have to cost a lot of money to make your room look good. Good Luck!
