You can still create classroom rules and expectations with each class. Talk to each teacher you will visit and ask for a copy of their classroom rules. Explain that you are going to create a set of rules that you will be using when you visit their classroom. For your own sanity you need a fixed set of rules that apply to all the classrooms you will visit. Have the students in each room help outline the rules and expectations, then write them down and post them either on something you bring from room to room, or a copy in each room you visit. If possible work with the other teachers to create your consequences. Ideally, if a child misbehaves while under your care they would be subject to the same consequence as they would receive with their home teacher. And both teachers would enforce that ruling. You sort of double team them. Don't expect the other teacher to do all the punishing, though.
