Clip to ScrapBook
I don't know where you are or what kind of stores are there, but I go to "Big Lots" and buy things like pencils, pencil sharpeners (a biggie with my kids since they are obsessed with a sharp point of lead), pens, etc. for
a goodie bag. I also have a wish list that I have posted at Open House with ideas for goodies, like Hershey's miniatures, Blow Pops, 12 pks of pop, etc. for my drawings that I do each week. I also use my bonus points from book orders to get books for the drawings. It all depends on how much you reward. I went from the goodie bag to the drawing because it worked better with my kids.
I hand out tickets for good behavior, reading logs being signed, or out of the ordinary happenings and do a drawing on Friday afternoon before we dismiss. I draw for a can of pop, a pack of gum, a book, a blow pop, and maybe some other small thing. The kids love it! The pop and gum are the big hits so some weeks I may draw for 2.
