I was at a school that was going to have teacher do a skit for the children. When I was there, I transfered before the year began, they didn't have anything pinpointed but they wanted funny. I think they were going to do a dance and song about being a friend..a spice girl kind on thing. I think having the teachers do some of the skit and songs is a great way to show the spirit and that it matters to teachers. What about the principal...perhaps he/she participate once or so too. Good luck!
