Feeling the same way!!

I've taught 5th grade at a private school for the last 4 years and am finally moving into a public school. I'll be moving to 6th grade and don't have a clue about the curriculum. I was hired in the middle of June after
only 1 interview. The principal said she would call after I saw the personnel lady but she hasn't. I've tried calling the school but only get the voice mail. The secretary's voice mail is completely full and has been for 2 weeks. It looks like no one has been at the school or checking messages for quite a while. I'm a very organized person and not being able to familiarize myself with

the curriculum and start planning is really driving me crazy!! I might try calling the district office and see if anyone there can help me get in touch with the principal.
