I

scanned through the first search to get an idea of what the book was/is about. Wow! Sounds like an incredible story! I'm hoping to teach 6th grade this coming year, and it sounds like a good one for a study on China. Also, you might want to check out the SCORE Cyber Guides site. I didn't find the book (it might be added later), but there is also an Activity Bank,

which has some great ideas that can be used!
