long term sub

Congratulations, Mary!! I think it would be helpful if you planned for the sub...maybe a month's worth of plans. The sub will eventually become more comfortable, and be able to take it from there. I know that whenever I had long term assignments, I really liked being able to plan because it was great practice. You could also leave a list of objectives so that the sub could use that in future plans.
