behavior management
By Mary

Clip to ScrapBook
Use Harry Wong's book, First Days of School. List your your rules, rewards and consequences. Go over those daily for the first few weeks of school and establish that routine. Look at your school schedule and have activites ready for the students from the time the first period starts to the ending of the day. Make sure that the students know what to do and never allow them to ask you what are we doing next. Be prepared and always having a backup plan ready. Use tickets and/or self made coupons as rewards for good behavior and have consequences for individuals as well as class as a whole. Good luck I was at the same same last year and I LEARNED QUICK>
