Whether you believe in tangilbe rewards or not, I think each and every one of you would greatly benefit from reading the book "Teaching with Love & Logic." This book will give you some insight that will enhance your experiences in the classroom as well as outside of it. I recently recommended this book to a friend who has been teaching for 17 years; she couldn't thank me enough for telling her about the book. It's not too experience. I bought it at B & N for under $20. Again, I guarantee it is a worthwhile book for EVERY teacher, regardless your experience. GM
