absent students

My mentor teacher had a few folders at a bb along with sheets that were to be filled out regarding what was done the day the student was absent. One student is the secretary each week. They are responsible for getting the folder and sheet, and fill it out as the day goes by. They also collect worksheets and homework and place them in the folder. At the end of the day the folder is placed on the absent student's desk.
