Absent students

I have a homework journal that my homework helper fills out every day. They date the page and write the assignments for homework in it. All worksheets that are passed out are in folders for each day of the week. When absent students come back they go right to the book and folders to get homework. Class work and tests I keep in a binder that I have sectioned off for each subject. I write the students names on any tests or papers nd place them in the binder. When they return I pass the tests and papers out the the student. This worked really well for my students last year and I plan on using it again.
