Try Ross if they have one around your area. They have name brand clothing at a discount. You can get the same cute brands that Foleys and Dillards have for much cheaper. The only problem is the store is set up with large racks arranged by size (though not always acurate) that you must look through. It takes time, but I have gotten cute dresses there for $9.99 before!
