On your outside bb you could put- "4th graders are top dog" and have bone cut-outs with student names on them.

Inside you may have a time-out corner where students can cool off or resolve conflicts with other students called
the "doghouse" (might have too negative a connotation to it though).
Your lunch menu board could be called "Chow down"
Reading corner could be called "Canine Corner" (although I wish I could figure out something more clever that involved books or reading...)
A math bb titled "Boning up on math facts" (that may get some giggles- it would in 5th grade where I'm at)
A helper

board titled "Paw Patrol"

Ok, I'm all out. While these may not be the best, they may spark some ideas in your head. I'll bet others will have great ideas!
