Mentors

In LA, Mentors are trained and are part of the eval/certification process for new teachers.It's a formal thing...supplies would be a good thing for new teacher...in a basket...place what budget will allow...stapler/staples, easy grader,clips, black pens, index cards, sharpies,etc...Access to copy your files would be a godsend to a rookie, copies of music,etc.
